Construction Update: Steady spring progress

This month’s update is short and sweet in preparation for more visibly exciting site progress in April! 

What’s happening now?

Work continues to excavate the retention pond so that fill materials can be used to raise the site around the building pad. Reinforced steel was installed after concrete was poured for the steel columns. 

Utilities began being installed outside the building pad.

What’s next?

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing will be installed under the building slab and interior concrete pouring will begin. Precast concrete walls will be delivered to the site and stood up in place, along with steel columns and steel bar joist installation.
