IACS is excited to welcome Kelly Diamond to its leadership team. In her new role, Kelly will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies at the shelter and implementing strategic goals. Her priorities include technology improvements, data tracking, and policy and process improvements.
Kelly will also work on developing new programs that will help meet the ever-changing demands of the Indianapolis community. Kelly plans to develop and implement new ways to grow collaborations that support IACS’s mission with community partners, local businesses, and other animal welfare support organizations.
