Arrow McLaren and Friends of Indy Animals are Racing to the Finish Line during the month of May – and your gift is doubled!

Drivers Pato, Alexander, and Theo have joined forces with IACS furry friends to promote the Race to the Finish Line for the Arrow McLaren team at the Indianapolis 500, the race to the finish line for all the IACS animals looking for a new home, and the race to raise $7M for the brand-new Indianapolis Animal Care Services shelter.

And if you give now, your donation will be matched dollar for dollar up to $20,000, thanks to an anonymous donor supporting the campaign.

So far, over 300 individuals, foundations, and businesses have contributed over $6.9M. The checkered flag is in sight… but we still have many laps to go.

The new IACS shelter will be located at 5001 Raymond Street, 46203. The zip code has the second highest rate of animal control officer calls in the city. This shelter will double the size of the current one and include:

• Vastly improved living conditions that prioritize natural light, good ventilation, noise reduction, and access to outdoor space.
• Vital medical care resources for animals, including a much-needed medical/surgical suite.
• A pet food pantry to help people in need and a public dog park.
